Dkpk Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

To open an account with dkpk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must all be truthful. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and balances may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. A single mobile number, email address, and device may only be linked to one account.

Large withdrawals may be delayed if your account verification (KYC) is incomplete. Submit a photo of your National ID or passport to complete verification quickly.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on dkpk. We strictly prohibit underage betting. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.

It is your responsibility to verify whether online betting is legal in your country or region. dkpk reserves the right to close accounts of users from restricted regions following verification.

• Providing false information about your age during registration will result in immediate account closure.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy may result in account suspension.
• Dkpk reserves the right to share any information with the relevant authorities to meet its legal obligations.

Odds are confirmed at the moment you place a bet on dkpk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — even in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds.

If a match or event is cancelled before it starts, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For live betting, any disconnection will be resolved based on the last confirmed state, which will be treated as final.

A maximum payout limit applies to every betting market. The maximum amount that can be won from a single match on one account varies by market. Any winnings exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

• The minimum bet amount for Sports Betting is ৳100.
• A maximum of 20 legs can be added to an accumulator bet.
• Pre-match bets are not accepted after a match has started.
• Bets placed after the outcome is known will not be accepted — suspicious betting patterns will be investigated.

Deposits and withdrawals at dkpk are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits vary by method — visit the Transactions page for full details.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Funds will only be sent back via the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to a different account are not permitted.

Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5 minutes. If your balance has not been updated after 30 minutes, please contact Support with your transaction ID. Payments submitted without the correct reference number may take longer to verify.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (bKash / Nagad / Rocket).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Dkpk does not charge any transaction fees.
• Your bank or mobile operator's own fees may apply.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Each bonus offer at dkpk has its own specific terms. It is your responsibility to read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus. The standard wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount.

The welcome bonus is issued once only. If the same person attempts to claim it again by opening a second account, both accounts will be closed.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Cashback bonuses have no wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: Awarded when your friend makes their first deposit. A 1x wagering requirement applies before withdrawal.
• Dkpk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Dkpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons — without prior notice:

• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system.
• Coordinating with other users to place fraudulent bets.
• If your account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Legal obligations or regulatory authority directives.

Any valid balance will be refunded before your account is closed — however, it may be forfeited if fraud or a breach of our rules is established. You can also close your account yourself at any time — just contact support.

Dkpk is fully committed to responsible betting. Betting is entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income. We encourage all members to bet within their financial means.

If you feel that betting is getting out of control, use the Responsible Gaming section of your account to set deposit limits, session time limits, or take a temporary break. These restrictions take effect immediately once activated.

• Do not allow minors to use your account.
• Avoid placing bets impulsively or emotionally.
• Chasing losses with larger bets is dangerous.

Dkpk's decisions are generally final. However, if you believe a decision is unfair, you may file a formal complaint by email. Every complaint will be taken seriously and reviewed carefully.
